Mercedes_00: Body needs fuel regardless of one's lifestyle, So my answer is yes
I eat breakfast even though I don't feel like it followed with a protein shake
That's not always the case. Everyone is different and some people benefit from not forcing themselves to eat when their body doesn't need it. I understand if you have physical activity above the average, as you do, being in the gym early morning. I honestly can't pass any solid food through my throat in the morning, but I am generous on liquids.
Coldheaven: That’s what my son keeps telling me but I’m a creature of habit and like to run first cus I’m not hungry when I wake up but get hungry after my run.
I don't be hungry either when I wake up, it is hard to get food down so early. Something light like fruit is not so bad, no messing around to prep it either.
My breakfast isn't always "breakfast food". Sometimes I'll have anything left over from last night's dinner such as cold salmon, sometimes I'll make a sandwich, sometimes I'll have scrambled eggs. It varies.
Poached eggs on sourdough with coffee and apple juice, although that changes with the weather and if I'm elsewhere in the world I'll go for what the locals have
