I read in a book that raw food has address-coding, means raw food knows which part of the body it has to go to after being digested. Once cooked in a fire, this address-coding is erased, means the cooked food does not know which part of the body it has to go to after being digested.

I read in a book, Our intestines contain 1.4 kg of bacteria that digest our food. 1.4 kg contains both good and bad bacteria. If the number of good bacteria is high then we become healthy and If the number of bad bacteria increases, then we get sick. Good bacteria like raw food and bad bacteria like cooked food.Even Cancer also can be cured by eating raw food.
I don't know how much truth is there in this?

Raw foods as in fruit vegetables,nuts and pulses, which makes sense.
Having a good diet and lifestyle is a contributory factor in preventing cancer, but consuming all the raw carrots in the world won't prevent someone from getting cancer when genetics is a dominating factor also.
