My latest battle brought on by years of working nights, is a hormone called Melatonin, you take it three hours before sleeping, and it sets your body and mind up for sleep. Available on presription only. But you sleep like a baby.

I can relate--I believe once we do or say something, often it can't be "fixed". Been there...guess just a good idea to take care with what we say, write, demonstrate, etc...kind of takes the wind out of the sails for us creative, spontaneous types, but the world is large.....on the other hand, and take this as learned experience--if and when things are just not gel'n, as the saying goes,,,,,I split. No use fizzling about when it's just not working......------ This thread is Archived ------

Communication is a fragile art, at best--here in The U.S. people earn Masters and PH.D's in "Communication". It's a wild animal, to say it succinctly.
