A cooked breakfast on a Sunday morning for me would be poached eggs..Fried mushrooms..Fried tomato..Baked beans with multi grain low GI toast with avocado..If I had a man I would add bacon to his breakfast..I would also slap butter on his white sliced toast plus cuppa tea or coffee whatever his preference is
If he prefers fried or scrambled eggs instead of poached eggs I can do that too
