Yea, oldtimers do and ofcourse the list is pretty long but I'll mention one in particular.
Lana (with a number after) from the Usa, can't remember the state.
A blogger 2011.
She always wore a black evening dress in one of her photos.
A real lady wih a cap L.
She told us from her own life with style and wit.
Every blog was a celebration of life and you felt like one of the invited ones
reading it. There was also this Lady from Europe called Takemetofrance
and her blogs was along the same lines.
What happened to the world?

Decent_Love: Do you miss anyone on CS?
I most certainly do. 
I miss all the Americans (especially the Threaders) that left CS (an American site), for other more modern sites, with more people.
I miss newcomers that were chased out of International, by a few Ol'Timers, who use it as a Chat Room & Complaint Department, and don't want a fresh perspective or different opinions.
CS is dying, and one of the very few forum sites left.
We needed those Threaders and New Bloods to keep this FREE site going, and to preserve our rights globally (especially speech), and to keep updated on what's happening around the world.
But that didn't happen.. Oh well .. Another (site) bites the dust
Too many to mention. A couple I can remember are Des from Orlando, and SummerUK who I still keep in touch with. Many others but my brain is failing me.
TennesseeJudy and her late husband, TheKansan, Katie, who just passed away, Joel (tunnelwary) from San Diego (the funniest person ever on CS), the nurse from Chicago who liked Mickeyscouser, the woman from Pennsylvania who liked the doctor from California, the pilot from New York Hank, Karen from Jacksonville who lost her husband and loved horses...many more.
I wish I had a brain that actually worked.

I miss a lot of good positive people in the forums. You know... the non whiny types who did their own thing expressing themselves without wanting everyone to be like them.

I actually stay in touch with quite a few. I will reword it, I miss them not posting on here. I understand perfectly well why they do not 
I believe the nurse you are thinking of was Mndfull and I know I didn't spell it right. Maybe if Bodies surgery gets canceled again he will be around later and give me the correct spelling. I liked her. We stayed in touch for a while and just seemed to fade away I got up this morning and was trying to remember how long it had been since Jeeepers passed. So yes I do miss some. Quite a few. I hope the ones I am not in contact with are ok and having the time of their life. Some I know are gone I miss Daytonadude. I will never understand why some people in the past have not liked these kind of threads. My heart is big . I can miss people and still have room in my heart for many more. And am glad that they are here. It would be boring if I signed on and I was the only one

by a self defensive regulare, and out of nowhere appeared another forum regulare
called Mysticalli! From Brasil, anybody remember that beauty?
She just elegantly let him know it was meant friendly... and the guy came around at once!

I agree. It's really nice to think about people who aren't on here anymore, but made an impact on your life. You are right, Mindful is the name of the nurse. I saw on Galrads post through the archives Sweetowen was from Pennsylvania. Yes, Jeepers and Daytonadude are certainly missed. I remember another woman from India named Riya. She was so nice.I'm glad you kept in touch with so many. In the archives I saw my old username mbcasey and I had over 21,000 posts

Just spotted your post. Funny you mentioned my surgery being cancelled. On the 18th of January when you posted ihis I was in the intensive care unit after the surgery which took place on the 16th. All went well and I'm now fully recovered.I miss mindfful also, we chatted on here and on the telephone many times. You can see how I spelt her name, she told me the 'double ff' was a typo which she could not change
I think about jeepers also, I don't think anyone has ever been liked on here as much as he was, it was a sad day when he passed, although not unexpected. I was trying to remember the name of his dog....it will come to me.
