Couch Potato... (9)

I also enjoy from time to time doing the couch potato thing. The one thing I learned years back is that if done to much it can cause health complication. There was an elderly realative that had lost his will to live. He laid down on his couch and refused to hardly move at all I would go by and check on him from time to time. Bring a hot meal and clean house. He was grumpy so every one else was kind of scared. I went in one day and he looked ill. I talked him into getting in my car and we went to the doctors. And the doctor told me he needed to get up and move. And discussed the human skelton with me and what could go on to the organs etc. for lack of movement. I never knew that it could be a health hazard to lay to often till then. I learned very much from this elderly man about life. May he rest in peace.
