pedro27: Can you choose to be joyful in every moment?
I think it's possible but not probable.
I think we can learn to control our reaction to things and eventually learn that it is "our thoughts that control our emotions"
One of my favorite sayings is "Don't let anyone steal your joy".
Because the reality is, there are lots of "Joy Killers/ Kill Joys" out there. Even people we love or love us, can be guilty of it. Why? Because so many are afraid of change and may not want us to change. So they feel threatened. Or.. they are actually envious and "misery loves company"

I'm training my mind to feel well every day with added bonus of bliss sometimes

No! I don't think that you can but that's just my personal opinion. When my youngest lad used visit me in Spain, we used to laugh our heads of at this video. Then just recently, I thought "Well done you, you've just shown the world what you can do" So kudos to him. No one is perfect This guy is a hero in my eyes. So brave. As I stated, no one is perfect........
