1- STOP all foreign funding
USA gives support to 188 Nations (financial aid, military aid, food aid, medical aid, LGBTQ, etc)
There are 196-197 Nations. (according to the United Nations) That's aid to approximately 90% of the planet.

I agree to your #1 with the exception of medical and food aid. I think rich countries should help in situations like the earthquake in Turkey. I'm tired of hearing another billion going to Ukraine so stop the military aid.1- STOP all foreign funding
