Decent_Love: how soon your anger gets down? What method do you use to reduce your anger?
I used to get mad rather quickly. Got over it in middle-age. (It's just not worth it). Now, if things get to that level, I leave the situation. I've developed good tactics, and have become functionally diplomatic. Anger is not necessarily "bad", but it can get out of hand in a hurry. Have you ever noticed that when somebody is really angry, there's no calming them down? They seem to need it to run its course.
And where does cool come from? A society that has it in for you, prejudiced against you and anybody like you but they'll never tell because that would just make it worse. The victims are notable by their silence, the actual victims of the times first rule is to not cry about it because that just makes it's worse. Never, ever tell people you're the victim if you really are.
Toxic and proud, kulak and proud, untermenschen and proud. You are the designated social inferior that's why blacks are cooler than whites, but not Jussie Smollett or Will Smith who are as cool as AIDS for a life that's shown them every kindness.

Any feeling that you have is yours. All attempts to point anger at others is a projection of inner turmoil, usually ego's frustration with getting things it's own way. That anger only hurts the self and becomes dis-ease and or illness and pain. It's self destructive and that's just not good for you.
