does the fear propaganda still work on you or have you seen the man behind the curtain yet..seems there is something else going on other than measures "for our safety" seems the measures far outweigh the problem and the true problem is more like an elephant in the room no one wants to talk about or more to the truth no one is allowed to talk about.

covid only been a annoyance. buisnesses shut down thanks to the fear. i only wore masks to keep a buisness outta trouble and to get service. but masks were and are useless.

It doesn't necessarily mean there's a conspiracy. First world problems dictate an overreaction to covid...you never know what a problem is, and then the pandemic happens, and that must make it seem worse than it is. In addition to this how old is the Forbes rich list? They're almost all at least 70 and who was most in danger from covid? The old. And how much would a billionaire spend on reducing a 0.1% chance of death? Silly money. We have all been drafted and conscripted into protecting the old rich no matter the cost to anybody else. There's no conspiracy, this is simply what a society and particularly our society would do by default

I agree on useless unless in a hospital. Still seeing people driving by themselves wearing them? Simply would not put one on knowing it was a ruse for people to obey from the MSM/Gov't. And one of the potentially bad things about covid is that we no longer take the educated seriously. When to be honest I don't know whether climate change will be underwhelming like covid was. The boy who cried wolf springs to my mind who was in the end right about the wolf. Covid dodging only makes sense if money grows on trees and all the other problems of the world are trivial. It makes no sense if climate change actually is that dangerous, if spending trillions on climate change could save billions of lives then spending trillions to save a few million who would have died soon anyway is demented.

Anyway what I take from the pandemic is that idiots are useful because they do not get so many clever ideas. Thank goodness for the basket of deplorables when the mistakes we make come from overrefinement. In practice it's handy to have the deplorables when nature throws us a curveball in a blast from the past. The elites are the high maintenance position of an old woman devouring her young relations, but it's handy to have a masculine low maintenance group when we can't afford any more insurance.
