Tens of thousands of migrants rushed across the US-Mexico border this week as the pandemic-related asylum restrictions were lifted at midnight Thursday.
"A record-setting 83,000 migrants crossed our border illegally this week — equivalent to a full capacity Dallas Cowboys football stadium," said Fox News' Bill Melugin.
The Biden administration has said there's a plan that includes strengthening Title 8 penalties, an asylum rule that makes those entering the US illegally ineligible for asylum. But we question just how strong those rules are considering footage has emerged on Twitter of migrants being loaded on busses and allegedly headed inland.

Blaming Biden for the Supreme Court ruling to lift Title 42 is a real stretch. Biden has used the Covid era regulations to revamp the immigration system so that a humane approach to migrants; asylum seekers; visa holders; and children of immigrants already in the USA. No doubt - it is a mess.
However, it was a mess under GWQ Bush; a mess under Obama; a mess under Trump and still a mess under Biden. Why is it a mess - because there is no coherent immigration policy that governs entry into the USA without a valid visa. The GOP has stalled; done nothing; blamed the Democrats; and used the border as a wedge issue - rather than fixing the problem.
Actually, the chaos and disaster of immigrants rushing the border has not materialized - anywhere along the Mexican border. Why? Because Biden has 1. Penalized anyone crossing without a court date - by withholding legal immigration status for five years; and 2. Biden has instituted a policy where immigrants have to produce documents that they were denied immigration from other countries prior to appealing to the USA immigration court.
Please try - at least try - to insert some facts into your rants and writing. No one listens to the BS you peddle.
