Ok. I wasn't going to post this but we have been mentioning it so much in threads that I might as well. We are DEFINITLY having a week-long party at the end of September in Nags Head North Carolina. We will be renting at least one huge house on the peach that has at least 10 bedrooms and bathrooms, pool table, possibly a media room, a private pool, bar areas, and so on. I am announcing it now for a few reasons. I have to rent the place months in advance. To rent it, I will need your part of the deposit. I am trying to give everybody time to get finances straight. If we get at least 20 people this wont cost as much as you might think. (I am hoping for 30 people, though.) I am a caterer and event planner. I will be handling all the food planning and prepping, activity planning, and transportation issues. (To and from airports, etc.) All of this will takes time. By me handling all of this it is estimated that this adventure will cost ABOUT 500 dollars (less if you don't drink.) plus your transportation and some activity and shopping money. That is great for a week long event. I welcome any questions you may have and will be sending out a news letter very soon to answer anything I can think of. This is a very serious announcement. It is happening. Your deposit money will probably be due by mis april. There will be 2 - 3 other deadlines for the rest of the fees. There can and will be reciepts available for everything bought.
Some of our friends that will be there are: Beachfarmer, Cardsfan, MBCasey, Mech, Irishlass, Adj, Lee from Australia!!!!!, Peggy, Highplains and maybe a few I can't think of off the top of my head.

Yes US Dollars and estimated about 75 a person for drinking but exact amounts can't be said until I have a better idea of how many people are definitly coming.
