I usually will text Allen, or come in here... if I'm online. If not, I read, or, just listen to myself, and feel it. Body tries to tell us things...
Human contact really is essential. Proven.
I go off somewhere. Either in my head, or just out. Change of scenery helps. And, movement gets hormones, and whatever going in your body...
Humor helps ALOT. And, when I can come in here and read? It helps so much.
Mostly, I get quiet. surround myself with light and try to connect with others... hehehehe...

What makes you feel better in times like these? What do you do? I usually go shoe shopping but that even feels like a chore today. Is 9:30am too early to open wine??
