hi nikki, dont seem to ever go to bed, had a sleep earlier, so ive been on here most of the night... why cant ya sleep?
i`ve been having trouble for ages. my brain works overtime an won`t switch off or i get restless an can`t keep still. thought mayb if i could stay awake now till later tonight then i could sort this insomnia out. even tho i`ve tried be4. 
well its good to see someone else up at this time, im usually the only loser on here most nights.. lol
I only sleep 2 hours at a time so i can have a snooze in the afternoon or early evening.

i`m normally in bed by 5ish but it`s driving me mad trying to sleep. so i`m pottering about doing some housework. try an use up some energy for tonight. it`s nice to have someone to talk to this time of the morning or if u can`t sleep! 
i think were the only ones with insomnia

just the usual restlessness brain overworking. etc etc so i`m doing some housework.

well i`ve left it for a bit so it really needs doing. if i don`t do it while i`m energetic like i feel at the mo i won`t get it done cause i`m a lazy ole bag!!

i don`t watch television. hav`nt done for weeks now! my pc is in my room as my living room is too small.
