hi stitch. yes it is better hun. i don`t like my pics but ppl can see who they r talking to. 
yes, when i had no pictures i had very few emails, when i put my pictures up i started getting 10 emails or more a day. so it defintily helps, its nice to put a face to a person

Having a pic does help as long as ye not going to be judged by what you like more than what you have to say..( sadly a all to familiar story!)
True - unfortunately this day in age, a lot of people, but male and female will judge a profile by its pic first without getting to know the person first - i know that too lol
Yes Stitch I think its better to have a photo up - its much nicer when you are chatting to someone to know what they look like.

I know the feeling, love, I've never been very photogenic, I am also much better in the flesh! But I still think having a pic on your profile helps as opposed to not. The bog-standard him/her sketchy pics aren't terribly inspiring, are they?

Sometimes i look at my pics and think - i dont look like that! (in a bad way) Infact, one night i was in a club that had cameras and tv's everywhere and i was looking at one of the tv's and thinking i recognice that girl... who is it... yeah, it was me! haha I wasnt even drunk at this time. Never went back to that club.
