Yeah, i've noticed that british-mainly are using fancing instead of loving, too much.

How many fancies are needed to become love...?

Just that it seems so vague...roll eyes

If someone were to say that to me, *I* would take it as being similar to saying: "I like you"

How many fancies are needed to become love? Good question. dunno

When you fancy somebody, means you like that person, and want to get to know her, and maybe it lead to love.

Hi Crsitina.0ohhh that is such a controversial subject !!!!! You know i have always wonderd on that question!!!.. I can only speak from my experience.. For the past 18 years of my life i have gone through a relationship where i have just loved someone but not fancying them!!!! it's really strange.. I worshipped the ground he walked on, do anything for him, have 2 beautiful girls by him. But the fancying part was not really there...In the end, which is recently, i owned up for the fact that we had a problem which effected our marriage... Without going in to great detail i now think a relationship is based on fancying someone first , then the love will come in to it naturally, if its there.. I have come to realise that you really need to fancy someone as to love them as well. So really it comes in two parts not just one or the other....however in saying all this i was faithful in our marriage for 18 years...and it took me all these years to realise and be honest with myself that the fancying part to a relationsip is the most vital and important thing to keep it alive.
So my opinon as it is of today is.. if you dont fancy them, then dont go with the flow, sack it!!!!!

As i stated the word "love" can be very confusing. love is split into two... FANCY/LOVE. Yes cristina, it was very hard for me to be honest with myself. At the end, i realised that plodding along in life was not enough for me.
