royalnavy23portsmouth, Greater London, England UK8 Threads 60 Postscan anyone give me some feed back on this, because most people on this website seem to have real crap opimion about our armed forces, i for one, a serving member, have been for 7 years, thinks, there isnt another nation in the world, what could match our armed forces, for the sheer proudness each and every one of us have, to be serving our country! were smart, proffesional, and go to some of the worst hell hole places on this planet, but we go, then come home some time later, have a drink, and forget about it, thats waht makes us proud! and british!
They do a great job in difficult circumstances,why shouldn't we be proud of what they do?
Certainly wouldn't get me signing up to go to the worst holes on this planet chasing Iraqis or hunting Bin Laden down thats for sure.

hi well i have nothing but praise for the arm forces. my son inlaw is in the army, my 2 brothers severved in the army. i know what they go through.i'm so pround of them.my sonlaw was in Basra.the media only wants a story. one minute there on your side, next there not. no time for them.the lads are putting there life on the line, young lads at that.i'm proud of all the arm forces. the navey. army and the airforce. god bless you all. as for the payments for there story recenly. good look to them they desereve it. if the likes of some members of parliment who end up going to prison then come out to make millions selling a book or there ordeal. our lads should be able to sell theres. keep up the good work. tom
Totally agree with you Tommy - loads of people out there making big money from books and magazines - even their wedding pictures - like any of us give a damn!!

and harmonyI've got all the praise in the world 4 the armed forces,u do an exceptional job in extreme circumstances that none of us could imagine unless u've been there.It's the politics behind the decisions that but are men and women in harms way that people have problems with,whether or not we should be in some of the places that we are and 2 what end.Just keep urselfs safe dude.
