Internet makes life easy for me.
Before we used to have to send documentation by courier services or spend time sending faxes and telexes. Today we simply can and send them by e-mails.
If a client needs a product we log on to the supplier's on-line warehouse and check for availability and prices.
We send and receive offers by e-mail instead of using post.
It makes us a bit more efficient....I doubt it that we could do without it at work. Which is a bit of a problem seeing that if something happens we will be badly screwed as we have no contingency plan *makes a mental note to think of one*
