On December 8th at 9am, I have to be present at a Civil Suit court hearing because I do have interest in the property next door because of the driveway. In 1997, there was a driveway easement that was signed by some of the family members that will be in court tomorrow and it gives me a rightaway to my property/mobile home. One of the family members that will be in court tomorrow is wanting the right to sell the house/property next door because the Estate was never settled back in 1997. I will be standing up for my rights tomorrow and to make sure whoever buys the place next door in an Auction, that I will never lose my access rights. I feel like those involved with this lawsuit are tying to take away my rights and access. Also I will be asking the Judge that the Court reinbursts the amount that I had to spend on hiring a lawyer to protect my rights. So I do need your prayers on this matters.

In many states their is fence law that states if the fence has been up for seven years and has not been contested then the fence itself is the property line no matter what a deed may say. Benchmarks are legal property lines put in by legal surveyors.
