glynsterDoncaster, South Yorkshire, England UK28 Threads 449 Postsnot sure if thats how you spell it,but, I thought I had night time tourettes,apparently its night terrors,and its getting worse!! it does not bother me too much because I know jack about it,but after been away recently mates have commented on how much I shout etc when i'm asleep,I moved back home after my last relationship finished and my ma said I have too be quite because it frightens her,I know nowt about it but it seems to be getting worse,does any one else know much or suffer(well others suffer)from owt like it?
Weird hey - could be a lot of things - stress, fear, too much cheese, too much caffeine, eating too late - I would say go to the doctor but he would probably only fill you up with tablets - sorry I'm not much help to you.
thats ok,i'm used to no help!!!!!don't want docs help,but as I get older its gettin worse, and frightening,I just hope it don't get even worse.
