In every instance I would call the police as there would have to be a report in order to claim the insurance,just recently we had leaflets delivered to our homes from the police informing us of several burglaries in this area and offering us a free crime prevention survey of our houses,we also have neighbour watch teams set up in our street.

Buford was shot in the chest at 8:30 p.m. Saturday and taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead about an hour later, according to Cleveland police spokesman Thomas Stacho.

I also trust The Cops to do Incredibly stupid things at times...So between me and them is a 10 inch tilt up wall, then I boxed 2" X 4" X1/4 Square tubing into a 24" X 24" lattice work and epoxy boleth that to the tiltup, then I insulated with 12" of R99 Then I framed with 6"X6"X 12 I Beam and made my self bullet proof with 4X20X6" Hot Roll of Which I welded in place...
I could gut my bunker and rent it out as a Vualt, but then I built it much beter than any vualt because I can and I like to...
But the Bottom line is if you build it right, you won't have problems...

Commercial and Industrial have a slightly different Standard, when it comes to 50, of 75,000 square feet of roof, your going to start seeing steel as a real good alturnative...Week point???
