So the doctor kept examining him day after day, and couldn't find anything wrong with him.
So the doctor didn't want to look stupid with his medical expertise, and tell him that he couldn't find anything wrong him, so he made up something just to save himself the embarrassing and to get the patient to calm down.
The doctor told the guy, "You have lost a lot of weight, but we found most of it."
