that stuff is so nasty. I like hot food and spicy stuff. The first time i tried it i was thinking no worries it cannot be that bad, i love tobassco and jalepenos right. Well wrong, Yikes did i learn the hard way. It almost killed me.
I hear you...love but small i repeat very small amounts...hey any of you made the Keg Error...a generous amount of the horsradish at the Keg the first time....WOW...that'll clear your head...lol
I like wasabi. It's great on sushi!
I also make my own wasabi. Comes canned in powder form. Add a little water, make a paste. Voila!
Oh, and I also make sushi. California rolls.
Nothing fancy, just crab meat, (or mock crab, such as pollock-flavoured crab), avocado, cucumber, rice and nori (seaweed sheets)for the wrap.
