Too many people require this type of Church to help with the loss of a loved one...whether you believe or not....if it helps with the greavement process.....and again, freedom of choice, if govenments were to close down one specific Church, they would have to do it to them all. Whilst i would be in favour of this, the majority of the UK would not, and due to the freedom of speech/expression...there would be world uproar.
