If you have tried everything and still have a headache after 5 days, you should perhaps consider going to the doctor. There could be an underlying factor such as pressure being put onto a nerve. Any number of things, so best to err on the side of caution, I feel? Whatever it turns out to be, perhaps best to nip it in the bud.

Don't know if this is a serious discussion or not, if you truly have had a headache for 5 days, please seek medical advice. I had a cousin who had a headache for several days, she went to the emergency room at the hospital and they dismissed it, told her to go home and take some aspirin or tylenol. They should have done a scan because she died within 24 hours of a brain aneurysm! However, if you are talking about a headache that reoccurs daily, not consistent, that is different. It could be migraines, allergies, etc,, but still should be checked out by a doctor! Hope you feel better sooncomfort
