Tacky is being at a restaurant, with 10 people at the table, and an ex (who I am just friends with) blurting out, rudely, (after finding out that a couple is engaged) "Well, she knows she'd never get a ring from me!" If ever I wanted to slap a man in the face, it was right then. I didn't, but I did give him a nasty look and let him know what an idiot he is. It's a given that we aren't going anywhere, but it wasn't polite to run his mouth.
