I stand inpressed by one of our own... a CS member.
To my sorrow, I was unable to get to his state for our date.
I had been having a streak of bad luck so to cheer me up, he made our date happen.
He took the day off & rode his motorcycle three states to spend a day with me.
That was one hellova date.
It goes to the top of my coolness list.

This is going to sound dumb, but that's not new territory for me.
I was looking at a new bike. Got all the paperwork ready to go and my then-girlfriend, the banker, did not like the interest rate and just went ahead and PAID FOR THE THING out of a home equity line.
Romantic? Hmmmm. Maybe not. Significant? Well, it got my attention.
And yes, paid back in full - and quickly.
