yes i udes to go to yoga a week, its really good, as a gentle form of excercise, and very relaxing.

Nah, I've never been really interested to try yoga, the music always puts me off. Sends me to sleep

yep done a bit of yoga before! it is quite relaxing and is good for lengthening and strengthening muscles, not a good aerobic work out though.
im gonna start pilates soon, its like yoga, only much much harder! and it can be aerobic!
