The typos are expected and usualy ignored, as long as there is sentence structure. Not true on the age thing. Not most men, Maybe alot of men, but some men prefer older women.

well spelling for me is important, you can see how much education you got.....
the range in ages, is really big difference, but i think nobody cares (i do)

Welcome to Connecting singles!
1) Some folks really CAN'T spell, but they're good folks, so we over look it. Others CAN spell, but don't type very well - but they're good folks, so we over look it. Some aren't all that fluent in English - But they're good folks, so we over look it. Some can spell but don't give a darn. (We try to ignore them!) A few just get so involved with their response that they forget to proof-read. And still others don't even seem to be able to spell PROOF-READ, let alone grasp the concept of it. (But they're good folks, so we try to over look it.)
2) I can't speak to #2, as I've never paid much attention to what other guys are looking for - I've always been more concerned with what 'I' was looking for. (Thanks to Connecting Singles, I found her!)

Welcome and I agree with you on the spelling. When I was young my spelling and grammar was dismal. I kept a dictionary near and read it daily.

1) There are some posts where people really cannot spell simple words - is this important?
2) It seems that most guys want to meet ladies who are at least ten years younger than they are - is this normal?
I have browsed through some of the other forums and find them interesting. I am using my work pc so only log on once or twice a week...
