I have tis problem often.I have been up now 21 hours. It's true milk having L-Tryptophan in it will help cause drowsiness as will turkey. It helps me at times to drink herbal tea made for sllep or relaxation. Also very relaxing music turned on low of course.Hot bath I also agree it can help. Good Luck I can't and it's almost daylight here so ready to put on coffee.Oh,that's another thing,no caffeine after 6pm.
as long as the heavy instrument ain't my bass and I can buy a taller hat to cover the ensuing lump on my head I can see that working but I've been a bad sleeper most of my life even in the best of times All this typing makes me sleepy It's a shame it's almost lunch time
or Welsh even at one time I would have included Ozzy men but they would just try to out drink the sheep 'cos they know the sheilas can out drink the men
Of course I have relatives in Oz so I have an inside track pays to know who you're drinking with but what the hell has that got to do with sleep I think you and me would keep each other awake with our rapier sharp wit
