wrong because he can't sleep during night then , try to do physical exercises in the early evening, you will see that will help you to relax and to fall asleep much faster.

I'd hate to be not able to sleep......I love my sleep so much......we all need it as gives time to repair...renew and rejuvenate all cells in the body....
