Dear readers,

I've always used PC for my graphic design and 2D animations tasks, in near future I also intend to do some 3D works. I've used one of the top PC / Windows systems, high level specs and with vista / XP but I could not be 100% satisfied with graphics, moreover, a very stable, responsive system is required to handle my fast working style, outstanding graphics and tools.

Now a days I'm thinking about shifting to MAC, either buying High end Mac PRO or if highest iMac is good enough.

I need suggestions that would help me, make the best choice.
My budget is flexible, all I need it quality system.

Depends what soft you are using for 3d. Poser works fine on Mac as it is not on vista.
Photoshop fine but I would go for mac pro if you ask for hard rendering jobs

Check them out... but I would get the high end mac pro.... asked the sales person they know alot.... but I think if you are going to invest into a good computer for working.... get the best and you will not be disappointed....their graphics are fantastic.....

I love macs...

Okay, the thing is Mac started to attract me coz I need some dramatic change for unknown reason.

Bored of PC I feel.

I'm thinking about buying it now, my main softwares include Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Dreamweaver. Regarding my 3D apps, I like Maya, and mainly for animation I use Adobe Flash and some movies but thats not a big ask from the computer I believe.

Thanks a lot for your participation friends.
Rana.

I'm running it, it looks cool, I like the object dock. So it's just Windows running with the look of MAC. What I was reading last week is different. You can actually MAC programs on the PC. Even dual boot to either system.

There is one...
I need to do some research.
It's a mac emulator, but you need partition magic to create two primary partitions and have dual boot software, not XP dual boot
