I recently went to Denny's with my friends for a quick meal. I decided to visit the restroom after we were all finished. I noticed the ambiance added by the cheerful and upbeat music they were playing in there. I guess there are theories about different types of music and how they may aid in your ability to...well you know.
So anyways...I get to the register to pay for the meal. They ask me the standard how was your meal question. I said "it was wonderful! But...there is one thing that I'm almost embarrassed to mention." Then I gave about a 2 second pause. Of course, the waitress egged me on and said oh please tell me. I replied with a straight face and with as serious as a tone as I could possibly muster "Well I noticed the music in the bathroom. And when I was finished, I just had the urge to dance...so I think it would be really cool if you put in a 12" disco ball and some lights." The waitress laughed uncontrollably for a few seconds. The look on her face was priceless.
I love to make random people laugh. It makes for a great day! Not just yours, but theirs.
