Answer and say that you are picking up a really strong vibe, something about a telephone. Are you close to, or using a telephone right now?" Predict that they will hang up sometime not so distant in the future. If they ask any questions, keep going back to the telephone thing.
The other option is a recorded message. Imagine the following script read in the voice of Homer Simpson...
