Is this really true??? I wasn't told. Heck I applied for and was granted British Citizenship.. what have I done? Thought it was the American's that were no longer respected.
What is British ?
No one can really answer what each and every one of us perceives to be British. Whatever your point of view what makes us British is our right to express our opinions openly and genuinely !
We do however have no sense of pride in being the United Kingdom anymore. Yes there are more illegal immigrants over here now than ever before; I couldn't agree with you more; however much could be said for those Brits abroad that have emmigrated to a new life in a new country ; are they viewed the same way as immigrants illegal or not ?

You have more than a valid point there Ernie ; and in point of fact I kinda agree with you ; there is plenty of problems; ( Immigration / Law & Order / NHS / Taxation etc etc that exist in this country that are definately unfair .
Therea a general election just around the corner my friend just let those that have made these problems know of your feelings; I sure as hell am going too.

im british and it sucks.taxed on everything and now watched on camera every where you go how sad .no wonder people are leaving the uk .i think i will move too.give it a few years they will tax you every time you go to the loo.speed cams / cameras / high tax / high cost of living / house prices to high /i feal sorry for thoes that want go fight for our country and for what . its hell here.
