Yep I sure do.....eight to twelve hours I make sure I get a night......it's callled beaty sleep....I need it badly.......

I can live with about 6 hours on average. Any more and I wake up anyway.

I have always needed a LOT of sleep, though I find nowadays I am starting to need less than I did... maybe its an age thing...??

I believe it depends upon the person. Before I turned 40, I could get by on as little as 4 hours a night for as long as I wanted to. Now, though... I turn on Matlock or Murder She Wrote and I'm asleep by 8:30.
