I have a new Dell laptop....well maybe...they still haven't told me how to get it back to them....I told them I am not gonna try anymore...I have tried for 5 days to figure it out...I told them that if they want it back...they can contact me and tell me the arrangments...They want me to pay to send it back....LIKE HELL...I didn't order the damn thing...it is a pretty nice computer though.....

I tend to walk away with something,regardless the situation.

It would'nt be so bad if that was all that was involved! I am a big boy but when your computer is used as a jump off point to who knows what then other factors become involved...not to mention the phone calls...I will get over it...just a little frustrating is all...!
