It its a good photo, learn photoshop. You would be surprised how easy it is to make it look like regular photo.

I agree, this is a little cheesy, but let's face it: Some people don't have very many pics of themselves that they like, so It's a small thing.

I rather enjoy seeing that 3rd arm in a pic.... makes me wonder who's attached to it....
There are probably circumstances where it's hard to get a good photo though.... (prime example here)

Yes but I already said they have at LEAST ONE other good picture.
