I had so many bad dates in the past, that I really had no idea how to act. I had a little too much because of my nerves that day, but we still had a good time. thank gosh!!

Yeah!.. I flew to Scotland once to meet someone for dinner.
I was soo nervous I drank a double vodka (at the airport) and two of the mini bottles of wine on the flight (hold two glasses each) ... The flight was MUCH faster than I thought and by the time the flight landed.. and he was waiting to meet me.. I couldn't SEE straight.. hahaha

I recently met with a woman I see at lunch from the firm next door. Just a casual meet and chat...in the space of an hour she consumed 4 martinis to my one glass of wine...I thought she was going to fall face first into the nachos...I couldn't believe it. I called the waiter over, settled and we left. I wanted to put her into a taxi, but no; she insisted on driving. I found that just disgusting., but we still chat at lunch time if we meet...I loathe alcoholics, especially women; I have found that they , tragically, are usually suicidal...no thanks.

No can't say I have! I have however, had to drink enough to get a good buzz to enjoy a couple of really horrible dates!
