When you first put the im there mine worked. Now i can't get it to work. Can you help me?

Would it not be more valuable to be able to see who is actually trying to IM you at that time .... instead of later on? Seems kinda silly to accept an IM as you have no idea who is doing it. On another site - it actually gives you the profile name and you have the option to accept or decline.

Click on Mailbox link in the top nav, then click the "IM Requests" tab. This will show you everyone who has IMed you or tried to IM you. If it says "No" under the column that says "Did you receive this request?", that means that you did not receive the IM.
Possible reasons you didn't receive the IM:
- You had recently logged off when the IM was sent.
- You had popups disabled.
- IM wasn't working on your browser.
- You had IM turned off.
