If I had my druthers, I'd druther they didn't, but by no means would it be a factor as to whether or not I'd interact with a woman.
A good woman is a treasure and if she happens to smoke, I can live with that. But if we got serious, I'd let her know that I'd appreciate her living at least as long as I do.

meet a lovely woman about 4 months ago, she smoked like a train, i dont smoke, i tryed my best, not to say, how i realy felt, until one morning she stayed over, after 2 cups of coffee and same number of cig's,

It seems to me you let pride cloud your judgement. 
Just think, you and she could have come to a very amicable compromise which would have been about equal in degree of difficulty. You quit smoking and she achieve a Bow Flex body. Why in less than a year you would be healthier and enjoying food a lot more and saving a lot of cig money and she would look like a model. Instead you chose to go home alone and watch television.
