I do a GRATITUDE list.

I get out a piece of paper and divide it in two.On the left side I WRITE down ALL the things I'm grateful for, and on the right side I WRITE down what is troubling me.
It usually puts things in perspective and gives me enough courage to work on what needs to be worked on.
