I am standing near a pool of limpid water.
Birds are singing in the crisp, cool air.
I feel a gentle breeze caress my skin.
Nothing can bother me here. No one knows this secret place.
I’m in total and absolute seclusion from that place called the world.
The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of blissful serenity.
The water is clear.
And I can easily make out the face of the person whose head I’m holding under the water.
And I feel better now.

The field of green grass lay ruptured
30 vicious schoolboys
Played rugby
Two halves
Each 45 minutes of violence
Segments of orange sucked in between
And now.......
That green verdant grass
Lay sodden in chunks of muddy lumps
'Sod off!' Flower said
So, eventually, they did........
The green grass groaned
Tried to grow back
In time for the next match

Never mind Rusty!! I'm sure your mind will be as good as new after you've had a dip in the healing pool ... and if you pray really really hard and promise to be a really good boy in the future

welll .. i hope this helps in my healing .. reallly really need it bad

While the warm waters caress your skin the sound of the waterfall distracts you from hearing the skunk who sneaks up to where you left your clothes in a neat pile - and steals them!
You then have to cover your naked body in mud, sticking flowers and leaves over appropriate bits before you can walk back to the meadow with a slightly silly grin on your face........

Why bother to cover anything up? There's no one else about apart from the birds, may be a couple of butterflies and the skunk of course
Skunks can be so cute! I'm a bit of a skunk - and very cute from a distance............

Imagine having got here through the gate at the edge of a beautiful meadow.
Make your way through the meadow filling your lungs with the scent of the colourful flowers.
Feel the crispeness of the grass underfoot.
Stop and take in your surroundings.
Enjoy the warmths of the sun as it caresses your skin.
At the edge of the pool, look up and see the waterfall, water cascading down the side of the mountain and gently filling the pool.
Slowly walk into the pool and let the cleansing water gently wash over you.
Feel your worries, sadness, anger ebb away to be replaced by inner peace and well being.
Thank the waters for their healing energies and gently make you way back into the meadow where the warm rays of the sun will dry you and walk with you back to the gate.
Smile.
Feel blessed.
