I have donated a couple of phone cards to the troops through the U.S.O. I guess alot of troops over there have no way of calling friends and family here in the states.

That would be my suggestion. Go through the U.S.O. I did a lot of work for them during the Vietnam era. They are really great at providing R&R for the troops as well as entertainment and family intervention
