I was one of those victims that shipped some packages, trying to make a little money. I'm a full time student and single mom. I'm just trying to live.

I ended up shipping stolen Dell computers.....even though I had no idea, they have harrassed me....I'm the only one they have.

Honey, you know all about the guy who tried to scam me that was in Nigeria..Thanks for all your help..I another one right after that but he wasn't in Nigeria..You helped me in that too..Thank goodness I knew what to look out for.

yes thats a good idea get them where it hurts.. i also noticed some dont like to talk on here either they either leave a yahoo address saying they are on friends computer or in a cafe.

but what i dont get is some of these profiles they are like 5000 miles away and they have their age limit to date 18-99 just seems to me iif they were honestly looking for someone they would go in more details ..

To add on to Honey's post....Whether Nigeria is involved with terrorists groups or not, they're still full of scam artists for multitudes of reasons and those people have to be stopped. Yes, other countries as well.

I work for a large financial company. We deal with scam artists from CN and Nigeria all the time. Poor people who get duped into selling, including the gal who posted on here (sorry I didn't see who it was), all kinds of stuff from electronics to fashions, etc. I can tell you she is one of hundreds. Stolen equipment is a BIG thing; computers, satellite receivers are two of the biggest deals.

The people duped don't know what they are doing wrong because the scam artist makes it sound like its a good business deal. You wouldn't honestly believe how many people get tricked into selling these things. We have so many people that come to us that are now tens of thousands of dollars in the hole because by the time they find out its too late, the money is already transferred to the scam artists.

Those who get duped by scam artists proclaiming they love them. My best friend was engaged to a guy from Nigeria who eventually got her dad's financial info and took out a hefty $37,000 loan to himself. He knew exactly what he was doing as her dad never signed the paper work or anything. He found out when he went to buy a new house that this loan was out. I haven't heard the ending on this. Last I heard theres a legal investigation out on this with a multitude of charges. And my best friend is home living with her parents and the two kids she has by "Gold Digger" and at last check he cleaned out their old apartment and disappeared. They were trying to track him down, but no evidence he's left the country and no current job record.
