I have been to Quebec and I know it is very beautiful there. Rich in culture and steeped in history.
Tha t I know,Single but the dating scene (not the virtual one) seems lame these days.

I lived in Gatineau for 4 years. I guess that makes me 'from Quebec'. I miss the people.....not the politics
I agree with you Captain but Mont Tremblant is so beautiful !
I believe that no matter where you are in Canada, you're not more than an hour away from beautiful scenery that is unique to that part of Canada and we're lucky to have so many such spots in this huge country.
I lived in Fort Erie for a few years and considered it to be the a**hole of Canada but Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake are closeby.

Been to Gateneau, (gag) Almer, Hull, St. Jovite, La Belle, Sherbrook, and Quebec City, and Montreal.
Rouyn-Noranda is a very depressing and isolated place. Prefer the snow to the black flies.
Agree with you about the people but not missing the politics.

Well, I'm back in Tremblant, was in Laval for a few weeks, and the snow is just incredibly high.
BTW, since almost everyone is naming the places they lived in here is my list :
Born in Les Cèdres Qc.
Studied for 2 1/2 year in Borden On.
Lived in Québec city for another 2 1/2
Cyprus (Fell in love with the country and the people) for 6 months
Back to Pincourt Qc. for 4 years
Then to Truro N.S. for 3 1/2
Then Vaudreuil-Dorion Qc for 11 years
Rivière Beaudette Qc for a year
And finaly Mont-Tremblant for the past 3 years and that will be my last move (I know now, see post )
