Naturally I have. I was stationed in Ol' Kentuck for a while. WHen on a jump, I would sit in the door with an aeronautical chart, plot the flight path and watch for the sun shinning off a still. At night we would go to the streams near the still and swipe some "shine".. That is when we did not get buckshot in our arses...

Actually I've had some homemade whiskey that was really good, but I wouldn't call it shine. It was more like bourbon, aged in charred barrels, really smooth. A guy in the air guard made it, they sent it to UAE for the guys during desert storm in belly tanks!
