Boy/Girl is a good place to start, but I think what we are talking about is referred to as a complimentarity of needs, where each provides something for the other. It can mean a lot of things to the multitudes of couples out there, and the needs are really more emotional than physical. They may not be apparent at all, but that chemistry tells the whole story, and when the zing bounces off your spine you just know it.
