i got up this morning early went to the gym, had my shake...
i took all bread, pasta, and meat out of my diet again...fun fun!!
always another day riya...its good to have support, cuz I'm gonna need it.. Then tomorrow stop smoking...I'm gonna win miss cs 2008 b*tch!!

That's one of my 6 goals for the year. Don't need to take off a lot, but I don't want to gain the same amount every year or I'll look like the Goodyear Blimp by the time I'm 70.

Hi hun..i have been doing just that..i exercise in the basement on my sons gym plus doing my situps...sometimes i slip up..but get right back to it again..I am there with you sweetie always at ur side..Love ya

get a good exercise dvd ........ one that you are comfy with tho ..... not something over the top that only a professional fitness instructor would do
we love exercise dvd's in this house [well ....... when i bother to watch them]
............ me and the kids dancing and prancing about trying to keep up with whats going on
it makes the hard work fun, cos we end up in fits of giggles
the kids dont need to diet of course ........ but a bit of exercise is good for them, and combined with the laughter at least we are doing something together

Yeah, Beb, I've resolved to go on a new diet, too -- one featuring the most delicious carbs ever known to man or woman. I'm sick and tired of starving myself and exercising like a gerbil just to fit into a toga. 
So this morning, Trudy, I'm eating dessert crepes bursting with whipped cream, French pancakes smothered in strawberry marmalade, rich, creamy Morrocan coffee, and a generous helping of French pastries heavily dusted with powdered sugar. I don't even want to talk about what I'm having for lunch, T, because that would be cruel.
But best of luck with your New Year's resolutions, Trudy, and your campaign to win Ms. CS 2008!!

satisfied all the time
lost 60 pounds in about 9 months
meat eggs nuts greens yogurt cheeses
blue potatoes, whole grain brown rice, whole grain whole wheat pasta
im happy and full and thinner
if i eat white things i crave more
so i dont hardly ever
easy cheap low maintenance
works
