ty see the way i understood it i had a group of blood vessels and to me id rather have it done now while my body can take it but i feel like its to hard of a job being more than one ? but i cant make heads or tails on the mri, mra or cat scans ive have copies of.
A friend of mine had one quite a few years back... the doctors never could find it, but somehow it sealed itself off.. it's been at least hmmm 10 years since it happened, and he's still alive.. but life is uncertian for all of us.. you just have to take it one day at a time.. that's all any of us can do...
well this one or few is located on my right upper side above my ear, and ty for the help its just i freaked when they 1st said this before i quit smoking i said im going out for a cigg. and if the doc or nurses wouldnt let me i was leaving and would drive to tampa i had to make the choice of going or not

If they know where it is, then they should be able to take care of it...

From what you say it sounds as though the doctor was unclear and unhelpful. Get your questions together in writing BEFORE you go to the doctor and sit there until they have all been answered so your mind is comfortable.
I suggest in writing because it is difficult to remember what you want to know when you are in the doctor's office and under extra stress.
As others have said, an aneurism is nothing to take lightly and your blood pressure will not be helped by worrying like this so you need answers.
Don't try to figure out your MRI, it is kind of like a non-mechanic looking under the hood of a car. We don't know what does what.
you've had some really good responses here especially from riya and bajan
as someone who worked in the medical field.....bajan is right on target with writing down all your questions and making sure they all get answered so that you understand them. doctors tend to talk over you and in medical terms that you may not understand. it's also a good idea to take a friend/loved one with you to ask what you forget or to interpret for you later as you may hear one word or phrase and that will cut your thought processes off.
anyeurisms are not something to take lightly, yes they can be minor and nothing to worry about, but you will always need to watch them as they can grow and move and become something to worry about.
as always with any type of surgery, it is best to get a 2nd and sometimes a 3rd opinion.

Good luck, I wish you the best God bless
I agree with star and the rest. Sometimes they are like tumors, harmeless and can actually be reabsorbed but they can also be a time bomb(sorry) and may grow over time. If ur not comfortable, and who can blame you,get as many opinions as you need until you get one that's definate.
thanks to all your answers im feeling better a lil but its just i have to deal with this now ,what ever the out come may be it causes me to have bad head throbbing and loss of sight sometimes so i have some appts in line here after the 16 th so maybe they can direct my mind at ease! again thanks to all of you......i rarely talk about it because it makes my stomache turn ! so goodday
